What causes this issue?

This version is used in Plant Maintenance only (2=estimated costs in
PM order) and may only be changed there using Customizing
settings.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

There may be one estimated costs version only. If it already exists,
it cannot be deleted here. If the fixed price version does not yet exist
it may be created, but not deleted.

System Response

The system does not continue processing.

How to fix this error?

If you want to change the existing estimated costs version, you must do
this in the Plant Maintenance customizing settings.
You can reach this screen using the menu path Extras -> Estimated costs
version.
Note
Save your changes in version maintenance. Then change to display mode to
release the version locks. Call up the maintenance for the estimated
costs version.
