    System Response

The conversion of external segment definitions to segment types could
    not be found.
This could be due to the following:
    1. The conversion data could not be found in the reference system (have
you released the IDoc or the segments?).
    2. The conversion data was modified.

    How to fix this error?

    1. Check the RFC destination for the port in transaction SM59 that is
    located in transaction IDX1.
    2. Use the delete report to delete the IDoc type for the port and
    refresh the meta data.
    3. For security reasons, the reference system does not permit remote
access to tables. Maintain the data manually.
    4. If you have already maintained the meta data for an IDoc type for
another port, you can copy the meta data in transaction IDX2.
