What causes this issue?

You can only postprocess first reports of injury (FROI) by way of the
worklist of the portal role <ZK>Claim Center Agent</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In the portal, choose the <ZK>Claim Data Capture</> tab page. The
worklist contains all of the FROIs assigned to you that require
postprocessing. From here you can navigate directly to processing of the
FROI.
