SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: ICLE01 - ICL Event, General Messages

  • Message number: 217

  • Message text: No valid &1 found in the assigned subclaims

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You have assigned subclaims that do not contain any valid payment items
    to the claim bundle.
The reasons for invalid payment items depend on the search that has been
implemented for the search event EV_PAYM_4_BULKSBR (payments for
collective subrogation/recovery). By default, search 0020_PAYM_4_BULKSBR
(payments for collective subrogation/recovery) is implemented here with
function module (ICLE_BULKSBR_PAYITEMS_GET). This search checks the
    following:
Selection period: If dates for <ZK>Valid From</> and <ZK>Valid To</>
have been defined in the payment item, these dates must be in the period
    <ZK>Payments From</> and <ZK>Payments To</> of the settlement.
The payment item has not yet been used for the same payer as a
subrogation/recovery item in a collective subrogation/recovery with the
    same claim bundle subtype.
The payment item is subrogable/recoverable. This depends on the
Customizing of its benefit type. In the relevant benefit type tree, the
indicator <ZK>Subrogation/recovery is possible for this benefit type</>
must be set for the permitted benefit type.

    System Response

The system proposes only those payment items that fulfill the above
check criteria for transfer as subrogation/recovery items. If no valid
payment item is found, the system displays this as an error.
    <ZH>Note:</>
The system does not list why payment items of the assigned subclaims are
invalid and why they therefore cannot be converted to a sub
    rogation/recovery item.

    How to fix this error?

Check whether the payment items of the assigned subclaims fulfill the
    above-mentioned criteria.
If the error occurs frequently, we recommend that you create an analysis
    report.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
