    You tried to change the value in the <ZK>Value/Unit</> field, but this
    is not possible because you have already entered data for this service
    catalog item on the <ZK>Point Values</> tab page. You can either enter
    the price of the service catalog item manually, or have it calculated by
    means of the point values, but you cannot use both methods.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to enter the price manually:
    Delete the data that you entered on the <ZK>Point Values</> tab page for
    the service catalog item.
    On the <ZK>General Data</> tab page, in the <ZK>Value/Unit</> field,
    enter the price manually.
