    Perform one of the following activities:
    Switch to display mode.
    Select the @3I@ icon with the text <ZK>Display <-> Change</>.
    Try to process the benefits/services/fees catalog item later on.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
