negotiation per subclaim. Negotiation already exists for all subclaims.
You can only create a new negotiation if there is at least one subclaim
without any negotiation.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
To create a new negotiation, choose one of the following options:
The relevant subclaim must no longer be assigned to any negotiation.
Therefore delete the assignment to this subclaim in all negotiations. To
do so, select the relevant negotiation and choose @18@ with the quick
info text <ZK>Delete Line</> in the <ZK>Assigned Subclaims</> section.
Create a new subclaim. You can then assign the new negotiation to this
new subclaim.
