Reviewer</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Create a participant in the role of <ZK>External Bill Reviewer</>.
Proceed as follows:
In the participants list, choose the arrow to the right of @17@ with the
quick info text <ZK>Add New Participant</> and then <ZK>External Bill
Reviewer</>.
On the next screen, enter data on the participant.
Save.
