    Cause:

The error arises when there is an attempt to process a claim that overlaps with an existing suspense version of the same internal claim type. A suspense version is a temporary status for claims that are not yet finalized or require further information before they can be processed. The overlap can occur due to:

    1. Date Range Conflict: The date range of the new claim or adjustment overlaps with the date range of an existing suspense claim.

    3. Review Claim Types: Ensure that the claim type you are working with is correct and matches the internal claim type expected by the system.

    4. Clear Suspense Claims: If the suspense claim is no longer needed, consider clearing it or resolving the issues that have caused it to remain in suspense.

    5. Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or your organization's internal guidelines for handling claims to ensure compliance with processes.
