  • What causes this issue?

The logon ticket sent from the browser has not been accepted on this

A logon ticket already exists, which means a MYSAPSSO2 cookie is sent
from the Web browser to the server. This cookie however is not accepted
    by the server.

A logon ticket has a limited validity period. If this time has expired,
this error occurs. To fix the error close the browser window and restart
    the Web browser.
The error may also occur if the ticket was issued by a different server
that is in the same domain but is not configured to accept these
    tickets.
