The configuration of the equipment can be referred to in order to
describe the service, but <ZH>no</> modified characteristic values will
be copied to the equipment configuration after the service order has
been technically completed.
Check who is currently locking the equipment and create a new service
item with equipment &V1& after the equipment has been unlocked.
