    entered, and your <GL:user_master_record>user master record</> does
    not have the necessary entry for <GL:transaction>transaction</> &V3&
    enter maintenance planner group &V1& from planning plant
    &V2& for which you do not have the necessary entry in your user master
    record for transaction &V3&.
