What causes this issue?

Packing proposal table entries without identification have been issued.
To be able to differenciate between the individual table entries, such
an identification is necessary.

System Response

There is no generation of handling units.

How to fix this error?

Fill in the field EXIDV for each table entry in the import tables.
If you do not want to use the identification of the handling units to
be generated from the external number range interval, use a $ sign as
the first character of the EXIDV for the given number.
