Message text: Report execution cancelled. Webservice messages still being processed
The system determined that there are still inbound webservice messages
for time replication being processed. For this reason, the
point-to-point time replication is not executed.
Report RP_HRSFEC_PTP_ABSENCE_REPL / RP_HRSFEC_PTP_TIMEPAYCOMP_REPL is
terminated.
Restart the report once all webservice messages from the previous run
have been processed. In a standard system setup, the report is scheduled
to be run on a regular base so nothing needs to be done.
The existence of webservices still in process is determined by looking
at the contents of table HRSFEC_D_TIM_MSG. If this table contains an
entry for replication content type
3 - absence data
4 - time valuation results
5 - planned working time replication
which is not too old, then it is assumed that the webservice message is
still in process or waiting to be scheduled. The entries are
automtically cleared upon the start of processing of the webservice
message with a certain time delay.

- Report execution cancelled. Webservice messages still being processed ?The SAP error message HRSFEC_PTP104, which indicates that "Report execution cancelled. Webservice messages still being processed," typically occurs in the context of SAP SuccessFactors or related systems when a report or process is interrupted due to ongoing web service transactions. Here’s a breakdown of the cause, potential solutions, and related information:
Cause:
Ongoing Web Service Transactions: The error suggests that there are web service messages that are still being processed when the report execution is attempted. This can happen if there are background jobs or integrations that are still running and have not completed.
Concurrency Issues: If multiple processes are trying to access the same resources or data simultaneously, it can lead to conflicts and cancellations.
Timeouts: If the web service calls take too long to respond, the system may cancel the report execution to avoid hanging.
Solutions:
Check Background Jobs: Review the status of any background jobs or web service calls that may be running at the same time. Ensure that they have completed before attempting to run the report again.
Retry the Report: After confirming that no other processes are running, try executing the report again. Sometimes, simply waiting for a few minutes can resolve the issue.
Increase Timeout Settings: If timeouts are a frequent issue, consider adjusting the timeout settings for web service calls in your SAP system configuration.
Monitor Web Service Performance: Use monitoring tools to check the performance of web services. If they are consistently slow, you may need to investigate the underlying causes, such as network issues or server performance.
Consult Logs: Check the application logs for more detailed error messages or warnings that could provide additional context about what is causing the cancellation.
Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to SAP support or your internal IT team for further assistance. They may have more insights or specific patches that can resolve the issue.
