    currently locked.
    The higher-level object has been deleted by another user.
    You are not authorized to change the higher-level object.
    The relationship to the higher-level object is invalid.

    The <ls>Create</> function cannot be executed.

    How to fix this error?

    Try calling the function again later. Another user is most likely
    editing the higher-level object at the moment.
