For the present case, the child-rearing periods are increased from 12
months to 24 months when calculating the child-rearing bonuses (Art.
114a, Para. 1 BayBeamtVG) as of January 1, 2015 (mothers? pension).
The <LS>Bonus Periods</> (infotype 0789) are defined accordingly. As
these periods are also used for calculating the child-rearing bonus
before January 1, 2015, retroactive accounting leads to recalculation
and overpayment of the bonuses.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please check the calculation and if necessary, manually enter the
child-rearing bonuses that have already been paid for the period before
January 1, 2015 in infotype <LS>Bonuses for Child Rearing/Care</>
(0786). Alternatively, you can also use a
<DS:DE.PDE_PBSVAVG_VARIANTE_ZUSCHL>variant for child-rearing bonuses and
care bonuses</> to map the different calculations before and after
January 1, 2015.
