    payroll schema &1 does not include a call to payroll function
    <DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECIFUNC_RUCHBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___0VVV>RUCHB</>. Without
    function RUCHB, the payroll result may contain an amount without cost
    assignment, that is, without budget assignment and control, which is
    required for a public sector organization.
    Check that function RUCHB exists in schema &1. If not, select
    another payroll schema. In standard delivery, this is schema
    <DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECISCHE_RU0PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___1VVV>RU0P</>.
    You can change the message type using Customizing activity
