You get this message if you upload the PAYE tax credits details of the
employees in a wrong file format. Effective April 1, 2012, the
<DS:RE.HIEIPAYE>PAYE Upload Tax Credits report</> (HIEIPAYE) will
process files only in <LS>CSV</> format as specified by the authorities,
and will not accept any other file formats.
You can rectify this error if you upload the PAYE tax credits in <LS>CSV
</> file format.
Each <LS>CSV</> file must contain a single header record, one or more
employee records and a single footer record. The text data in the
<LS>CSV</> file must contain text data in double quotation marks and can
also include commas. For example, the following text, "The Old House,
New Road" is interpreted as a single text value.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
