    You can use the <ZK>Program flowchart for the limitation of employment
    tax to be deducted from pension payments and of reunification tax in
    accordance with the agreement on avoiding double taxation</> (DTC-PAP)
    to limit the employment tax deduction applied to pension payments for
    certain countries.
    If an active wage was paid in previous payroll periods, this is not
    considered when determining the estimated earned income when calculating
    the employment tax applied to other pension payments.
    If it is not possible to use the DTC-PAP, the employment tax deduction
    is calculated using the "normal" program flowchart. The field <LS>Reason
    for Not Using DTC-PAP</> specifies why the DTC-PAP may not be used.
    The exemption amount DTC Turkey is calculated from the total VFRB
    (employee lump sum payment + tax exemption for pensions + pensions tax
    exemption allowance) and WVFRB (existing taxable income exceeding the
    basic exemption) and is limited to EUR 10,000.
