Message text: Basis for pension tax exemption w/o pension payments for 1st yr &1 on &2
You want to report a basis for the tax exemption for pensions. However,
the basis does not have any gross pension amounts.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check the employee's payroll results. The current situation can have
several causes:
Incorrect Customizing or submission of an incorrect pension payment wage
type.
The wage type is coded as a potential pension payment, but an actual
pension payment is to be made. In this case, correct the payroll
results.
Incorrect master data maintenance
Infotype 0012 contains a pension basis although the employee is not a
pension recipient. In this case, correct the master data and the payroll
results.
Multiple retirement in the same calendar year
When multiple retirements occur in the same calendar year, the
corresponding gross pension amounts are assigned to the first
occurrence. The other periods are reported without gross pension
amounts. You do not have to do anything in this case.
Clearing through reclamation
If the current pension payment is cleared with reclamations from older
periods, the balance of gross pension payments can amount to zero. You
do not have to do anything in this case.
