The work center for this employee in semiretirement is not counted as a

The employee works in the part-time model and the <ZH>actual working
time</> does not equal 18 hours per week.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The employee works in the block model and the <ZH>paid working time</>
does not equal 18 hours per week. The<ZH> <ZK>contractually agreed hours
</></> are used to determine the paid working time (see below).
    OR ( ab 2014)
The employee works in the block model and is in the exemption phase. The
    employee has a substitute (infotype <ZK><ZH>Semiretirement</> </>(0521),
field <ZK><ZH>Pers. No. of Reassigned Person </></>is filled) that works
18 or more hours a week.
The system calculates as follows whether the <ZH>contractually agreed
hours</> for the block model or the <ZH>hours actually worked</> for the
part-time model equals 18 hours per week:
As the basis for the calculation, the system calculates the weekly <ZH>
working hours before semiretirement</> by dividing the hours in the
field <LS>Weekly Working Hours</> from the current infotype record <LS>
Planned Working Time</> (0007) by the percentage of the field <LS>
Percentage of Prev. Working Time</> from the relevant phase from view
<LS>V_T5DA5</> (phases in the block model).
The system calculates the <ZH><ZK>contractually agreed hours</></> by
multiplying the <ZH>working hours before semiretirement</> by the
percentage of the field <LS>Employment Percentage</> of the relevant
semiretirement model from view <LS>V_T5DA2</> (semiretirement model
    percentage increase).
The system calculates the <ZH><ZK>hours actually worked</></> by
multiplying the <ZH>working hours before semiretirement</> by the
percentage of the field <LS>Capacity Utilization Level</> of the
relevant phase from view <LS>V_T5DA5</> (phases in the block model).

and <LS>V_T5DA2</> for the model and phase of the employee. (Read the
relevant field help.) Ensure that the weekly hours in the infotype <LS>
Planned Working Time</> (0007) represent the field help explanations for
