Message class: HRPAYDEEH - Notification class for surveys, DE
Message number: 301
Message text: End date more than four months after ID date
The end date is more than four months after the ID date
The system has determined that the end date of the infotype Disability
(4) is more than four months after the end data of the ID for severely
disabled persons.
The statutory protection of the severely disabled and therewith the
option of imputing a position reserved for severely disabled persons
ends if the severe disability is not reduced to less than 50 percent
until the end of the third calendar month after entry of the
indisputability of the notice declaring a reduction (?38 SchwBG).
The four months result from a month up to indisputability plus the three
months mentioned.
If applicable, check whether there may be exceptions for this employee
that would permit imputing a position reserved for severely disabled
persons for a longer period. Those months in which the employee is
imputed toward a position reserved for severely disabled persons
determine the validity period of the infotype.
