  • What causes this issue?

    The system detects errors when comparing the timestamps of the query
    sent and the response message received.
    At least one of the following two checks has failed:
    A response may not or cannot be created before the corresponding query.
    The timestamp with the query?s creation time (content of XML tag '<(>
    <<)>Timestamp> -> <(><<)>Created>? of query) must be before the
    timestamp with response?s creation time (content of XML tag '<(>
    <<)>Timestamp> -> <(><<)>Created>? of response) whereby a configurable
    tolerance in seconds is taken into account, which is deducted before the
    timestamp and creation time of the query are compared.
    A response still needs to be created before the expiry time of the
    related query.
    The timestamp with the query?s expiry time (content of XML tag '<(>
    <<)>Timestamp> -> <(><<)>Expires>? of the query) must be before the
    timestamp with the creation time of the response (content of XML tag '
    <(><<)>Timestamp> -> <(><<)>Created>? of response).
    You have the following values in this specific case:
    Timestamp of response message: &V1&
    Timestamp of query: &V2&
    Expiry time of query: &V3&
    Tolerance in seconds: &V4&

    System Response

    The system does not trust the response message due to the failed
    consistency checks and terminates processing.

    How to fix this error?

    If the problem occurs during the first check, the maximum differences
    expected in the checks are marginally exceeded and a very small
    tolerance is configured, then you can increase the tolerance accordingly
    in system administration. In this case, this is usually caused by a
    negligible difference in the times between sender and recipient, and the
    error message is not justified.
    If the differences have been exceeded considerably, this is probably due
    to other problems in the sender system or recipient system such as:
    incorrectly configured times/time zones in the sender or recipient
    system
    manipulation of messages in transfer method

    Procedure for System Administrators

    You can set the tolerance in seconds via the B2A constant 'TSTOL'
    (transaction 'SM30', view 'V_T50BK', area 'ELM').
