If the error message comes under 1.) it is possible that a scale value
from table T5A1C_NTS can be entered.
If the error message comes under 2.) it is possible that the value X can
be entered.
You need to check whether this contribution amount is mandatory for this
pay scale group. If so, you need to adjust Customizing accordingly.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
