The system only allows processing of an Electronic Sickness Certificate
(ELN) if ELN processing has been assigned to the reporting area relevant
for the specified employee.
Choose the necessary reporting area using F4-search help for the
corresponding screen field.
For the processing of ELNs, reporting areas must be defined for report
type <LS>LN</> (Sickness Certificates Processing) in Customizing
activities
