<DS:DE.BUKRS>company code</> &V3& in Customizing. But as defined in
Financial Accounting, <DS:DE.PKR_SECCO>section code</> &V1& is not part
of that company code, and thus cannot be allocated to personnel area
&V2&.

How to fix this error?

Use F4-help to select a possible entry. If necessary, you ask the
system administration for harmonization with the customizing settings
in Financial Accounting.
