  • What causes this issue?

    This employee group is assigned at least one employee subgroup whose
    validity period is longer than the validity period of the employee
    group. This means that one or both of the following situations exists:
    The validity <ZH>start</> date of the employee group is <ZH>after</> the
    validity start date of the employee subgroup.
    The validity <ZH>end</> date of the employee group is <ZH>before</> the
    validity end date of the employee subgroup.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    RESET N1.
    Delete the newly created validity period of the employee group again.
    Delete the validity periods of the assigned employee subgroups that are
    longer than the validity period of the employee group.
    Assign a validity period again to the employee group.
    For the employee subgroups of the employee group that do not have a
    validity period, the system automatically creates the same validity
    period as that of the employee group.
