The personal ID number is assigned to another personnel number. You
find all personnel numbers with the same personal ID number in the
message text.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Employees with more than one work contract are assigned separate
personnel numbers for each contract. You can create a references
between personnel numbers by defining infotype 'Reference Pers. Nos.'
