What causes this issue?

The seizabilities '&V1&' and '&V2&' must not be mixed with other
seizabilities.
Wage types can be divided into wage types that are wage elements and
into wage types that the employee is not paid by the employer but by an
authority, for example (for example, child allowance).
The latter group of wage types can also be seized in certain
circumstances.
If you need to seize such wage types, you need to enter the stated type
of seizability and the amount. The type of seizability must be the same
for normal and preferred garnishments.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
