  • What causes this issue?

The employee was reassigned from the benefit area &V1& to the benefit
    area &V2&.
When the system generates a benefit offer, it determines the validity
period of the plan records to be created during enrollment. On the key
date for which the offer was to be generated, the employee is assigned
to benefit area &V1&, and the system determines the validity period on
the basis of this benefit area. However, at the begin date of the
resulting validity period, the employee is already assigned to benefit
area &V2&, and based on this benefit area, a different validity period
    is determined.

    System Response

    Offer generation terminated.

    How to fix this error?

Decide whether you want to perform enrollment for the period before or
    after the benefit area reassignment:
If you want to perform enrollment before the reassignment, select an
adjustment reason whose infotype validity period ends before the
    benefit area switch.
If you want to perform enrollment after the reassignment, set a key
date for the offer that is the same as or later than the date of the
    benefit area reassignment.
