Message text: Spouse's birth date could not be determined
The system tried to determine the birth date of the employee's spouse
since the cost of at least one plan depends on the age group of the
spouse. However, either no <ZK>Family/Related Person</> (infotype 0021)
record was found for the spouse on the cost calculation key date, or
the birth date of the spouse is not entered in the field P0021-FGBDT on
the record.
The system stops further processing of this benefit plan.
If the employee has a spouse, make sure that a correct infotype 0021
record exists for the spouse and that the birth date is entered on this
record.
If the employee does not have a spouse, check whether it is correct
that the employee is enrolled in a plan with costs dependent on the
spouse's age, although the employee is unmarried.
