Message text: Generic service &1 has more than one implementation
For generic service &V1&, multiple implementations for BAdI &V2& were
found. This is not permitted.
Generic service &V1& cannot be used.
Check the filter values of the implementations of BAdI &V2& in
enhancement spot HRASR00GENERIC_SERVICES.
A correct filter definition is as follows:
&V1& = SERVICEID
The BAdI implementation is assigned to generic service &V1& through this
filter definition. This filter definition is possibly used for more than
BAdI implementation. Or a BAdI implementation exists for which no filter
was defined. If there is no filter definition, the BAdI implementation
is automatically assigned to <ZH>all</> generic services.

HRASR00_DT_FSCN_DATA166
- Generic service &1 has more than one implementation ?The SAP error message HRASR00_DT_FSCN_DATA166 indicates that there is a conflict due to multiple implementations of a generic service in the context of SAP HR (Human Resources) or SAP SuccessFactors. This typically occurs when the system is unable to determine which implementation of a service to use because more than one is available.
Cause:
- Multiple Implementations: The primary cause of this error is that there are multiple implementations of a generic service defined in the system. This can happen if custom developments or enhancements have been made, leading to more than one version of the service being available.
- Configuration Issues: Incorrect configuration or setup in the system can also lead to this error, especially if the system is not properly aligned with the intended business processes.
- Transport Issues: If changes have been transported from one system to another (e.g., from development to production), it may lead to inconsistencies in service implementations.
Solution:
- Identify Implementations: Use transaction codes like SE80 (Object Navigator) or SE11 (Data Dictionary) to check for the implementations of the service in question. Look for the specific service name indicated by the error message (denoted as &1).
- Remove or Deactivate Duplicates: Once you identify the multiple implementations, you can either remove or deactivate the unnecessary ones. Ensure that only one implementation remains active.
- Check Configuration: Review the configuration settings related to the service to ensure that they are correctly set up and that there are no conflicting entries.
- Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to the specific service to understand the expected behavior and any known issues.
- Testing: After making changes, perform thorough testing to ensure that the service works as expected without any further errors.
