What causes this issue?

The mode of transport category &V3& and validity area &V4& entered for
the dangerous goods regulation &V2& are already assigned to the
dangerous goods regulation &V1&. The latter has already been deleted in
the dialog box.

System Response

A combination of mode of transport category and validity area must be
unique and can be assigned to one dangerous goods regulation only. The
system rejects the entries.

How to fix this error?

You can only enter the combination you require if you save the existing
data first in order to update the entries deleted in the dialog box.
