What causes this issue?

In the overview list you can display document information only for
those lines for which a document number is known.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Move the cursor onto a line, which has a document number.
Example:
The document number exists in breakdown sequence 'FS item - document no
- company' on the totals level for document number and all total
sub-levels (e.g., company). Even on a company line you can request
document information, in this example.
