What causes this issue?

A temporary transparent table is created when converting tables of type
pooled or cluster into tables which also have type pooled or cluster.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The storage parameters for this table are computed from the
technical settings of the original table. Technical settings are
defined using transaction SE13.
In this case, the original table has no technical settings. A standard
setting is therefore assumed when the temporary table is created.
This standard setting might not be sufficient. For example,
'Maxextents" might be overwritten in the database system ORACLE.

The conversion runs with the standard setting.

How to fix this error?

Should there be a termination during conversion due to unsuitable
storage parameters, you can change them in two ways:
Start transaction SE13 for the original table and select another data
class and/or another size category. Note the F4 Help, which can be used
to select suitable values.
If you cannot include the technical settings in a repair request, you
can change the database-relevant storage parameters using the database
utility (SE14). Note, however, that this change cannot be transported.
Once you have made the setting, you can continue with the conversion.
Execute the function 'Continue adjustment' in the database utility
(SE14). The temporary table is then automatcially deleted by the
conversion program and created again with the modified settings.
