    The step table TCNV (converter table for logging the conversion steps)
    could not be correctly installed.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Look in the database utility to see whether a restart log exists for
    this object (function <LS>Restart logs</> in the initial screen of
    SE14). If <LS>no</> steps are marked in this restart log, you can
    delete the existing log from within the restart log with the
    <LS>Unlock</> function. If steps are marked, you should <LS>not</>
    carry out any actions relating to the affected table as data may be
    lost.
