Message text: Report &1, Column block &2: Formula cannot be evaluated ( &3 )
The column formula &v3& cannot be calculated. It contains operands,
that cannot be evaluated. There may several reasons for this,
regardless of the type of operand.
For cells
The cell contains an invalid row or column coordinate.
The cell refers to a formula, that cannot be evaluated. The cell may
directly or indirectly refer to the column formula in question.
For value variables and formula variables
Check if the variable used exists, if it has a numerical data type, and
if it is used in the current report group.
The column formula in question cannot be calculated. Global cells that
refer to this column formula cannot be evaluated. Nevertheless,
processing is continued.
Correct the column formula (-> <DS:TRAN.GS02>Change set</>) and the

This error indicates that the system is unable to evaluate a specific formula in the report due to various reasons. Here’s a breakdown of the potential causes, solutions, and related information for this error:
Causes:
- Invalid Formula Syntax: The formula may contain syntax errors or unsupported functions that prevent it from being evaluated.
- Data Type Mismatch: The data types of the fields used in the formula may not be compatible, leading to evaluation issues.
- Missing Data: The formula may reference fields or data that are not available in the context of the report.
- Circular References: The formula might create a circular reference, where the result of the formula depends on itself.
- Incorrect Column References: The column specified in the error message may not exist or may be incorrectly referenced in the formula.
Solutions:
- Check Formula Syntax: Review the formula for any syntax errors. Ensure that all functions and operators are used correctly.
- Verify Data Types: Ensure that the data types of the fields used in the formula are compatible. For example, you cannot perform arithmetic operations on string fields.
- Ensure Data Availability: Check if all the fields referenced in the formula are available in the report context. If any fields are missing, adjust the report to include them.
