    You have assigned other row blocks to the row block &v1&. In doing so,
    this row block is considered as a <DS:DE.LSEQNR_RST>block for
    non-assigned values</>.

    For the current row block, only those database records that
    fulfill the general selection conditions and
    are discarded from all assigned row blocks
    will be processed as <DS:DE.LSEQNR_RST>blocks for non-assigned
    values</>.
    Database records that fulfill the general selection conditions, but are
    accepted by at least one assigned row block, are not considered for the
    current row block.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
