What causes this issue?

In the case when Manual WAP (Weighted Avergae Price) for Arms Length
Sales used to adjust Non-Arms Length sales price, Manual WAP must be
entered in all periods in a quarter. The Manual WAP price is missing in
one of the periods for the given Company Code, PSC, Product, Venture,
Equity Type combination
