The entry quantities of the dependent items must either both be zero
or have a value other than zero.
In this case the combination of entry quantities is not allowed:
The quantity of the goods receipt item is 0 whereas the quantity of the
goods issue item is <> 0.
The quantity of the goods issue item is 0 whereas the quantity of the
goods receipt item is <> 0.

Change the entry quantities of the dependent goods movements as
necessary.
