The SAP error message GB177, which states "You do not have the authorization to transport this rule," typically occurs when a user attempts to transport a rule (such as a pricing rule, condition record, or similar object) without having the necessary authorizations in the SAP system.

    Cause:

    1. Authorization Issues: The user lacks the required authorization objects to perform transport activities for the specific rule or object type.
