    You can not assign status 'open' to this step, because at least one of
    the steps assigned to this process has not the status 'open'.

    System Response

    When a Farm in/out process is started the status of this process will
    automatically be set to 'In process'. Manually changing the status to
    'In process' is allowed as well.
    A manuall reset to status 'open' is only allowed when all assigned steps
    are open, too.
    Manually changing the status to 'Complete' is only allowed when all
    assigned steps have status 'Complete' as well.

    How to fix this error?

    Please specify a status different to 'open'.
