What causes this issue?

With the Mass Change program you are not able to simultaneously change
or add the enterability and the assignment of validations. If both
settings need to be changed or added, run the program once for the
enterability of the rollup CU, and once for the assignment of the
validation.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete your entries for parameter <LS>Rollup Cons Units</> enterable,
or for parameter <LS>Validate Consolidated Values</>.
