Message class: G00 - SAP Consolidation
Message number: 887
Message text: No characteristics exist in the field catalog yet
The field catalog is the collection of available characteristics. SAP
delivers some predefined characteristics, for exawmple the
consolidation unit. These are possibly necessary for creating further
characteristics (for example you need the characteristic consolidation
unit for creating attributes for the consolidation unit). You have not
yet transferred these characteristics to your field catalog.
The program for the reorganisation of the field catalogs is
automatically called up, which the delivered characteristics copy in to
the field catalog.
Choose the delivered characteristics, which you require for further
processing and execute the program. You can repeat the program run at a
later point in time, by executing the function <LS>Extras -> Field
catalog -> Reorganisieren</>, in the characteristic processing.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
