    In consolidation of investments method &V2& you have specified that
    acquisitions with direct shares should be calculated. Furthermore you
    have specified that the goodwill and/or negative goodwill should be
    directly eliminated and/or periodically reduced. In this case it is
    necessary to assign a minority interest item to debit clearing item as
    well as the credit clearing item in order to reduce/eliminate goodwill
    in the goodwill clearing item.
