What causes this issue?

Sign-triggered reclassification requires the entry of all source and
destination assignments because inheritance from the triggering item is
only possible if the characteristic is specified under "Balance per
Characteristic".
This is not the case for characteristic '&V2&'.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

Inheritance from characteristic '&V2&' is only possible if the balance
is NOT computed with all values for '&V2&', but rather if ONE balance
is computed PER value for '&V2&'. To do this, specify the
characteristic '&V2&' under 'Balance per characteristic'.

How to fix this error?

Either enter the value for characteristic &V2& for the missing
source/destination assignment, or as an alternative, enter
characteristic &V2& under 'Balance per characteristic'.
Note the following:
Sign-triggered reclassification has a different reclassification logic.
A balance is computed for each value for the characteristics specified
under 'Balance per characteristic', even if the source/destination item
does not have such a breakdown.
