What causes this issue?

Task &V1& is not valid as a source task.
Source tasks must have one of the following types: "Data Entry",
"Validation of Reported Data", "Manual Posting", "Item Substitution
with Retained Earnings Calculation", or "Reclassification".
Also to be considered is that source tasks with types "Manual Posting"
and "Reclassification" must have document types with suitable posting
levels (< 20).
