  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

    You assigned <DS:GLOS.document_type>document types</> to
<DS:GLOS.task>task</> &V1&. Previously, other document types were
    assigned.
When you replaced these document types, the posting level changed from
below 20 to greater than or equal to 20, or vice versa. The posting
level determines whether a task belongs to the data monitor or
consolidation monitor, however, and therefore this change is not
    allowed.

    System Response

    How to fix this error?

In the time-dependent assignment of document types, only assign
document types with posting levels corresponding to those in the
    previous assignment (as described above).

    Cause:

The error arises when there is an attempt to exchange or post documents using document types that have incompatible posting levels. • Make sure that the document types being exchanged or posted have compatible posting levels. You may need to adjust the posting levels of one or both document types to ensure they are within the acceptable range.
    3. Review Transaction Logic:

      • Analyze the transaction logic to ensure that the correct document types are being used for the intended postings. If necessary, modify the transaction to use appropriate document types.
    4. Consult Documentation:

      • Refer to SAP documentation or consult with your SAP support team for specific guidelines on document types and posting levels.
