    No rights can be read in the database. There are two possible reasons
    for this:
    There are no security rights in the class master data, i.e. no
    warrants, subscription rights, etc...
    Conversion report <ZK>RFVWERMR</> has not yet been run.

    System Response

    The function cannot be executed.
