derivative for <LS>Hedge Accounting for Exposures</>.
In <LS>Hedge Accounting for Exposures</> the evaluation type is defined
in the calculation type attached to the hedge strategy.
Note that there are three calculation types for different situations and
each calculation type can have two evaluation types.
